As an Executive IT Support Specialist at NICE, you will deliver white-glove technical support to executive leadership and VIP users, ensuring a seamless technology experience. You will proactively manage devices, resolve critical issues, and serve as the professional face of IT, driving service excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of IT Support experience in corporate environments
  • 3+ years directly supporting executives and VIPs
  • Expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms
  • Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Professional presence, excellent communication, and ability to handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium-level support to executives and VIP users on-site and remotely
  • Manage and proactively maintain VIP devices including laptops, mobile phones, and conferencing equipment
  • Prioritize and resolve urgent VIP incidents with high quality and discretion
  • Represent IT professionally across all levels, building trust and promoting IT initiatives
  • Support meetings, video conferencing rooms, and AV/VC equipment
