• Process orders in SFDC ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review sales agreements for policy compliance
• Collaborate with Deal Desk on non-standard billing requests
• Support system implementation and UAT testing

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years software/SaaS experience in deal desk or order management
• 4+ years people management experience
• SFDC experience
• Netsuite experience
