Description
You will support sales leadership in planning and analysis, develop dashboards and reports, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with teams to improve sales processes and efficiency. You'll turn data into action and help scale the sales organization.
Requirements
- 1-4 years in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate insights
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Support annual and quarterly planning including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting
- Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline and KPIs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity, ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with deal execution, approvals, and discount analysis
