🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive Tempo's commercial partnership strategy across key segments
• Build and own relationships with enterprise design partners
• Serve as a consultative, technical design partner for product integration
• Source, structure, and negotiate strategic collaborations

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience scaling business development at blockchain or fintech infrastructure businesses
• Proven track record of sourcing and scaling partnerships with enterprises and high-growth startups
• Experience navigating complex organizations and aligning technical and business stakeholders
