You'll work with strategic customers to solve mission-critical problems using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform and AI technologies. You'll translate customer objectives into value assessments and proofs-of-value, driving measurable business impact. This role blends deep process expertise with cutting-edge AI solutioning and consulting skills at a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
• Build Celonis business cases and demos tailored to customer needs.
• Run value workshops and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Celonis platform within customer organizations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in analytical customer-facing roles (solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting).
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards/apps/action flows.
• SQL and Python programming experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools and technologies.
• Domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience.
