💼 About This Role

You'll own product areas end-to-end in our AI agent ecosystem, building new agent capabilities that work seamlessly across platforms. You'll design and ship evaluation systems making our agents continuously smarter. You'll act as a forward-deployed PM, meeting customers onsite and shipping features in real-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product areas end-to-end in the AI agent ecosystem

• Run full launch cycles from testing to GA

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in PM, solutions engineering, or related roles
• Experience with technical products and enterprise customers
• Technical fluency—can scope webhook systems and OAuth flows
• Builder mentality—ships features, writes docs, runs demos

✨ Nice to Have

• AI-native mindset with daily LLM usage
• Consumer-minded product sense
• Experience in CX, helpdesk, or ecommerce
