🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform pre-funding reviews of mortgage files for compliance
• Approve funding or document findings for underwriting
• Ensure corrections are made before funding
• Meet turnaround times and service levels for timely funding

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years underwriting or QC experience in residential mortgages
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations
• Ability to understand financial statements
