You'll take ownership of supplier development and quality management across Heron Power's network. Your core impact is ensuring technical success of the supply chain through strategic supplier partnerships. This role offers significant potential for advancement into a leadership position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop supplier capabilities through technical assessments and process improvements
• Lead supplier qualification for high-quality, cost-effective component delivery
• Facilitate clear communication of technical requirements between suppliers and teams
• Drive supplier design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews and tolerance analysis

📋 Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ across China
• 5-7 years of experience in supplier development or supplier quality
• BS degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical/electrical components

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering for power semiconductors or PCBA
• Ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T understanding
• Experience with ERP and PLM tools for BOM control and change management
