Description

You will serve as the operational and technical liaison for geothermal projects from pursuit through preconstruction. You'll support cross-functional teams by providing constructability insights, process leadership, and operational guidance to ensure projects are feasible and financially aligned, while also contributing to drilling optimization and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Construction, or related field)
• 1–2 years relevant experience in engineering, construction, energy, or related technical field
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as Operations SME supporting Business Development during project pursuit and preconstruction
• Lead operational preconstruction process from concept to handoff to execution teams
• Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Innovation teams
• Evaluate constructability, operational risk, equipment needs, and resource requirements
• Support drilling optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
