Description
You will support strategic Organization Development projects focused on strengthening org structures, revamping role architecture, and building performance enablers. You will diagnose current-state processes, review role architecture elements, and build practical artifacts like design principles and process maps.
Requirements
- Pursuing PhD or major in organizational psychology, HRM, or OD
- Expertise in talent management, org design, job architecture
- Strong research and synthesis skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong stakeholder instincts
Responsibilities
- Diagnose current-state org and talent processes using OD frameworks
- Review and redesign role architecture elements
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Build practical artifacts: design principles, process maps, governance matrices
- Support stakeholder alignment through narratives and facilitation
