Description

You will support strategic Organization Development projects focused on strengthening org structures, revamping role architecture, and building performance enablers. You will diagnose current-state processes, review role architecture elements, and build practical artifacts like design principles and process maps.

Requirements

  • Pursuing PhD or major in organizational psychology, HRM, or OD
  • Expertise in talent management, org design, job architecture
  • Strong research and synthesis skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong stakeholder instincts

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose current-state org and talent processes using OD frameworks
  • Review and redesign role architecture elements
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Build practical artifacts: design principles, process maps, governance matrices
  • Support stakeholder alignment through narratives and facilitation
