Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 10+ years in IT support or systems administration with 5+ years managing office infrastructure
• Experience managing high-stakes physical projects (office move, network overhaul, large-scale AV integration)
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Strong problem-solving skills for office technology issues

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN infrastructure including cabling, switches, and rack organization
• Monitor and optimize wireless network performance for seamless connectivity in high-density areas
• Oversee installation and maintenance of AV equipment in conference rooms
• Manage fleet of printers and multifunction devices via centralized print server
• Administer Genetec platform for physical access lifecycle including badge provisioning and door scheduling
