💼 About This Role

You'll own the ML lifecycle for recommendation systems at Swap, an AI-native commerce platform. You'll build style-aware product recommendations and outfit generation models that power personalized discovery. This role combines conversational AI, LLMs, and fashion understanding to solve cold-start problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and productionise style-aware recommendation models
• Combine conversational signals with behavioural data for personalization
• Optimise feature pipelines and serving infrastructure for scale
• Define evaluation metrics for relevance, diversity, and style coherence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML engineering with production recommendation systems
• Strong Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow skills
• Proven track record with collaborative filtering, embedding models, or sequence models
• Experience leveraging LLMs within recommendation pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to fashion or visual domains
• Experience with multimodal models
• Experience deploying ML systems in production
