🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
• Localize global People policies to comply with Indian labor laws
• Develop scalable HR processes to support a growing regional team

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in People Operations or HR leadership roles
• Proven track record in building People functions in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on projects
