💼 About This Role

You'll own monetization strategy (pricing, packaging, billing, placement) for a bootstrapped B2B SaaS CRM with ~100 people. Your work will directly drive free-to-paid conversion and help nearly double the paid customer base to 20k by 2027. This role combines strategic pricing with hands-on AI credit system greenfield work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pricing, packaging, billing, and placement strategies
• Move free-to-paid conversion with experiment roadmap
• Define and iterate on AI credit system
• Partner with engineering on billing system (Stripe, legacy code)

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of SaaS product management experience
• Experience with usage-based billing or credit systems
• Hands-on with AI tools and prototyping
• Deep familiarity with pricing and packaging in B2B SMB

• Experience building credit systems from scratch
• Migration from subscription to hybrid pricing
• Knowledge of token-based AI pricing
