You'll drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and build scalable processes.   • Drive Enterprise GTM strategy with sales leadership
  • Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews
  • Analyze pipeline productivity and sales effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales and Finance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM strategy or sales operations at high-growth tech company
  • Experience supporting Enterprise sales in complex B2B or AI-driven businesses
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools

  • Experience with territory design and coverage models
  • Background in strategic finance or consulting
