  • Act as strategic extension of senior revenue leadership, reducing operational burden.
  • Oversee daily operations and performance management of a national sales team.
  • Manage sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance for alignment on priorities.
  • Support complex deals by removing blockers and aligning stakeholders.

  • 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or national sales roles with team leadership.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams, including coaching and performance management.
  • Technical expertise in pharmacy or healthcare-related sales environment preferred.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including land-and-expand and complex deal cycles.
