You'll oversee a national sales team, manage pipeline health, and coordinate across departments to drive go-to-market execution and revenue visibility. π― What You'll Do
- Act as strategic extension of senior revenue leadership, reducing operational burden.
- Oversee daily operations and performance management of a national sales team.
- Manage sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance for alignment on priorities.
- Support complex deals by removing blockers and aligning stakeholders.
π Requirements
- 6β10+ years of experience in strategic or national sales roles with team leadership.
- Proven experience leading sales teams, including coaching and performance management.
- Technical expertise in pharmacy or healthcare-related sales environment preferred.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including land-and-expand and complex deal cycles.
