You'll apply data analysis and customer empowerment skills to provide cost intelligence and guide customers on their FinOps journey. You'll lead strategic conversations across engineering, finance, and executive teams to drive cost optimization. This role offers the chance to mentor fellow FinOps Account Managers and shape customer success initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and implement strategic customer segments
• Mentor and coach fellow FinOps Account Managers
• Lead executive business reviews and monitor KPIs
• Drive retention and expansion for high-value customers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years consulting on AWS, GCP, or Azure services
• 3+ years in Customer Success or FinOps Account Manager role
• FinOps certification required
• At least one AWS, GCP, or Azure certification

• AWS Solution Architect certification
• Google Cloud Digital Leader or Associate Engineer certification
• Azure AZ-900 or Azure Cost Module certification
