Description

You will lead complex enterprise-wide IT initiatives, including EHR implementations and cybersecurity programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll drive alignment between business goals and technical solutions while collaborating with IT, clinical, and operations teams. This role champions continuous improvement of PMO processes and provides executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT project management experience, including 4+ years in healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Experience with EHR platforms, interoperability, infrastructure, or cybersecurity programs.
• Strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows in healthcare.
• Project management certification preferred (CAPM, CSM, PMP) and experience with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives.
• Develop project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, risk management strategies.
• Manage project financials including forecasting and ROI analysis.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Serve as liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and executive leadership.
