You'll join Databricks to sell the Data Intelligence Platform to enterprise customers in Italy. You'll co-develop business plans and lead teams to exceed consumption and booking goals. This role offers huge career progression potential with a fast-growing team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Co-develop business plans with team and partners to exceed quarterly goals.
- Lead identification of impactful data and AI use cases for customers.
- Implement data and AI transformation goals through partnerships and training.
- Develop understanding of technical product details to build executive trust.
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software.
- Experience working in Data, Cloud industries with technical sales.
- Fluency in English and Italian required.

- Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience building effective champions and collaborative teams.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
