You'll join Databricks to sell the Data Intelligence Platform to enterprise customers in Italy. You'll co-develop business plans and lead teams to exceed consumption and booking goals. This role offers huge career progression potential with a fast-growing team.

  • Co-develop business plans with team and partners to exceed quarterly goals.
  • Lead identification of impactful data and AI use cases for customers.
  • Implement data and AI transformation goals through partnerships and training.
  • Develop understanding of technical product details to build executive trust.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software.
  • Experience working in Data, Cloud industries with technical sales.
  • Fluency in English and Italian required.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience building effective champions and collaborative teams.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
