💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Program Management to bring analytical rigor to the R&D portfolio. You'll own the financial model behind our pipeline and develop gross margin recommendations. This role offers broad exposure across the company for someone who wants to understand how products are brought to market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end financial model for R&D pipeline
• Partner with product and engineering leaders on budget performance
• Build long-term revenue forecasts based on unit economics
• Analyze gross margin and develop pricing recommendations
• Develop dashboards with Looker and SQL for real-time visibility

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
• Hardware-oriented company experience (3D printing, robotics, etc.)
• Hands-on gross margin analysis and cost modeling experience
• NetSuite ERP proficiency and SQL/BI tool experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Treasury or corporate finance experience
• Investment banking or management consulting background
• Experience in a fast-paced scaling environment
