You'll manage small group instruction and coordinate Tier 2 & 3 interventions for target students. You'll analyze student assessment data to measure growth and collaborate with teammates and families. This role offers out-of-classroom impact through school-wide literacy projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach small group Tier 2 & 3 interventions
• Analyze student assessment data to monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members
• Provide non-evaluative classroom observation and feedback

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Passing score on California Basic Skills Test (CBEST)
• 3 or more years of full-time teaching experience

• Valid preliminary or CLEAR single subject Math teaching credential
• Experience with RTI process implementation
