💼 About This Role

You'll act as a commercial partner, advising on IP licensing agreements and brand protection for a leading legal tech company. Your work will directly enable scalable licensing models and support go-to-market activities across multiple time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as commercial partner to Partnerships, Marketing, Growth and Product teams
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of IP-focused agreements
• Advise on IP risk allocation, licensing models, and contractual protections
• Develop and maintain IP and licensing templates and guidelines

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, UK, or EU-jurisdiction
• 4-5 years experience at top-tier law firm or in-house
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP and commercial agreements
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
