You will support students from onboarding through graduation, focusing on retention, certification completion, and academic persistence. Your role is to build trust, motivate, and hold students accountable while removing barriers to success. This is a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.

Requirements

• Ability to motivate and hold students accountable
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience in student services or advising preferred
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment
• Flexibility to work varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

• Manage a caseload of students from onboarding to graduation
