💼 About This Role

You'll own product positioning and messaging for Dash0's observability platform, crafting narratives that resonate with developers and technical decision-makers. You'll shape the broader messaging framework and drive GTM motions for product launches. This role offers the chance to rewrite the traditional PMM playbook in a high-growth, remote-first startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product positioning and messaging across all channels and collateral.
• Participate in product discussions, roadmap planning, and customer meetings.
• Develop and maintain deep competitive intelligence.
• Own the GTM motion for product launches from messaging to enablement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with senior-level ownership.
• Experience in observability, monitoring, or DevOps/infrastructure space.
• Startup experience or mindset — thrives in ambiguity.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability for technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical background as a developer, SRE, or platform engineer.
• Product management background or experience.
• Experience with open-source ecosystems like OpenTelemetry.
