💼 About This Role

You'll own the Transaction Monitoring product area for a global fintech, working at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data. Your focus will be on building scalable, regulator-ready controls while enabling growth across traditional and digital asset payment rails. This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product and offers a chance to shape the future of AML controls in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy for Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card flows
• Evolve monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies, and AI models
• Partner with compliance, operations, and data science teams
• Translate AML requirements into product requirements and drive vendor integrations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring or VASP compliance
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience building platforms serving both B2B and B2B2C use cases
