• Mentor designers through clear feedback and strong craft.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact design in ambiguous areas.
• Deep expertise in UX and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated track record of raising design quality.
