You'll act as the primary compensation advisor for a global business function, owning the reward relationship end-to-end. Your work will involve designing reward programs that align with Xero's strategy and leading high-stakes projects like the annual salary review. This role offers the chance to influence senior leaders on strategic retention investments.

  • Design and implement reward programs for global business functions.
  • Lead annual salary review and equity refresh processes.
  • Develop global pay transparency framework and total rewards portal.
  • Act as senior advisory voice for critical talent decisions.

  • Deep knowledge of global compensation structures including incentive design and equity.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and compensation survey platforms like Radford or Mercer.
  • Statistical literacy to conduct regression and pay equity analysis.
  • Ability to influence senior executives with data-driven recommendations.
