You'll act as the primary compensation advisor for a global business function, owning the reward relationship end-to-end. Your work will involve designing reward programs that align with Xero's strategy and leading high-stakes projects like the annual salary review. This role offers the chance to influence senior leaders on strategic retention investments.

- Design and implement reward programs for global business functions.
- Lead annual salary review and equity refresh processes.
- Develop global pay transparency framework and total rewards portal.
- Act as senior advisory voice for critical talent decisions.
๐ Requirements
- Deep knowledge of global compensation structures including incentive design and equity.
- Experience with Workday HCM and compensation survey platforms like Radford or Mercer.
- Statistical literacy to conduct regression and pay equity analysis.
- Ability to influence senior executives with data-driven recommendations.

- Background in M&A integrations or scaling reward frameworks in high-growth SaaS.
