You'll lead the next generation of our design system and visual language across two healthcare brands, Phoenix and Raven. You'll own high-autonomy work with significant responsibility over craft, direction, and execution. This role offers the chance to design AI-assisted design-to-code workflows and create patient-centered experiences that improve lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design visually compelling, high-functioning UIs for web and mobile products.
• Lead and define principles for patient-centred digital experiences.
• Evolve and own the design system across two brands.
• Champion AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in design industry with focus on human-centred digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and rigour across digital products.
• Deep expertise in design systems including structure and documentation.
• Highly skilled in Figma including shared libraries and plugins.

• Experience with AI-assisted design-to-code processes.
• Familiarity with motion design and creating UI motion briefs.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
