💼 About This Role

You'll lead installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cabling infrastructure and IP cameras for commercial projects. Your work will ensure systems meet safety and code requirements. You'll guide a crew of 2-8 technicians and coordinate with project management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead installation and troubleshooting of low voltage cabling infrastructure
• Install and configure IP cameras, particularly Axis
• Run cabling in commercial buildings including drilling and conduit work
• Provide daily instruction and training to crews of 2-8 technicians

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician
• Experience with CAT5e, fiber optic, and network cabling
• Knowledge of CCTV, voice, and data cabling systems
• Ability to read blueprints and site maps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Security Systems and Alarm Systems
• Industry certifications (BICSI, Siemon, Panduit, Belden, Corning)
• Experience in conduit installation
