🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of engineers building AI-powered security tooling.
• Own planning, prioritization, resourcing, and performance management.
• Lead development of AI tools and applications from inception to implementation.
• Build ad-hoc tools for threat hunting, remediation, and scanning during incidents.
• Maintain underlying infrastructure including Kubernetes and ETL pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Prior experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Experience with production code bases.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g. Python) and one systems programming language.
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes.
