💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to fight hunger. You'll ensure customers have an amazing shopping experience and help train new team members. This role offers the chance to combine fandom knowledge with retail operations and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Support management in daily operations and sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with store opening/closing and register closeout.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
