You'll design and implement production processes for fusion power plant capacitors at a company aiming to build the world's first fusion power plant. You'll collaborate across teams to increase throughput and directly influence the commissioning timeline. This role offers the chance to lay groundwork for mass-manufacturing of a groundbreaking energy technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design rate-based assembly processes for capacitors
• Manage projects to increase line throughput and rate
• Develop business processes for non-conformance and process control
• Analyze production data and propose bottleneck solutions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical work experience in production system development
• Hands-on experience in rate-based and high-volume manufacturing
• Experience communicating and influencing cross-organizational partners
• Cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes
