  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Develop outbound strategies generating 3-5 qualified conversations weekly
  • Lead outreach, qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and refine sales funnels tailored to IT services and AI offerings

  • 5+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong experience independently managing sales pipelines end-to-end
  • Background in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions
