You'll lead the onboarding process for healthcare clients, ensuring successful adoption of digital solutions. You'll coordinate projects from kick-off to go-live, acting as the main point of contact. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and coordinate the entire onboarding process for clients
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams
  • Conduct kick-off and technical/organizational analysis
  • Configure digital solutions and coordinate data export/import
  • Train customer staff and support go-live remotely or on-site

  • Experience in project management or customer consulting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take responsibility
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel for on-site meetings in Munich area
  • Excellent German and good English skills
