💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in creating the best experience for customers at a music and pop culture retailer. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets, while opening and closing the store as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store, as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
