You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a defense technology company scaling missile defense systems. Your work will directly build the team that accelerates flight testing and production. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy at a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own **full-cycle recruiting** for hardware engineering, manufacturing, and test roles
• Partner with engineering leadership to define **candidate evaluation criteria** and job profiles
• Build proactive talent pipelines for **hard-to-fill aerospace and defense roles**
• Drive a **high-quality candidate experience** from first contact through offer

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hardware, manufacturing, or test
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for specialized engineering roles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever preferred)
• Experience managing 10+ requisitions simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Recruiting for security-cleared roles (Secret, TS/SCI)
• Experience in production or manufacturing ramp hiring
• Familiarity with California employment law in hiring practices
