Description

As a Staff Data Analyst on the Customer Experience (CX) team, you will create and provide metrics and insights to ensure the best shopping experience for Coupang customers. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports. Your work will directly impact how millions of customers interact with Coupang's services.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in data analytics
• Expert SQL knowledge
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Presto
• Experience with BI tools: Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create and provide new customer experience metrics and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions
• Create and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports
• Present quality insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Provide expert thought leadership as an ecommerce and fulfillment analyst
