💼 About This Role

You'll lead a forward-deployed engineering organization that owns Miro's internal operating systems and AI platform. Your teams will embed inside GTM and corporate functions to build automation and AI copilots that transform how 1,800+ employees work. This is a high-autonomy, build-from-scratch role shaping the company's AI-first strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GTM Systems Technology stack including Salesforce and Marketo
• Own Company OS Technology including Claude-based agent platform
• Drive AI enablement tooling decisions at startup speed
• Manage a combined organization of 45 engineers, PMs, and program managers

📋 Requirements

• Technical depth and product sense for architecture decisions
• Experience running a forward-deployed or embedded engineering model
• Change leadership at scale through significant transformation
• Experience leading 40-50+ people across engineering, product, and program management
