Description

Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and supervise NP or PA colleagues. You will be part of a mission to transform healthcare at One Medical, now part of Amazon.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in New Hampshire
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication with diverse individuals

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional telehealth visits
• Continuous learning via weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
