💼 About This Role

You'll instruct online real estate courses for Allied Real Estate Schools, helping Spanish-speaking students in California understand course material. You'll lead live-stream classes, provide email support, and engage students with real-world examples. This part-time remote role offers flexibility and a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Actively engage with students within the livestream course
• Provide support via email, voicemail, and discussion boards within 1 business day
• Complete CDEI designation within 4 months and keep it current

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Active California real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Computer with HD camera and microphone, quiet office space, strong internet

• DREI certification
• Previous instruction and/or training experience
