You'll drive new trading initiatives across crypto, TradFi, and prediction markets, using AI tools to accelerate research and project tracking. You'll own project management end-to-end and coordinate with cross-divisional teams and external partners in a high-visibility role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate new trading opportunities and strategies across asset classes
• Conduct competitor analysis using AI-assisted research workflows
• Oversee listings of new prediction market contracts and tokens
• Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination

📋 Requirements

• Min 3-4 years in trading, strategy, project management, or financial services
• Working knowledge of TradFi, crypto, or prediction markets
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira
• Experience or keen interest in AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation)

• Strong communication and presentation skills
