You'll lead and actively contribute to the development of technology supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll guide a team of engineers while writing code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to system improvements. This role partners closely with product, customer success, and operations teams to align engineering work with customer needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute to design, development, testing, and delivery of I/DD software solutions.
• Own delivery for the I/DD engineering roadmap, prioritizing work and managing sprint execution.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Client Success to address customer needs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes using Agile and Scrum.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
