Description

You will design and implement intelligent automation systems to streamline global HR operations, connecting data across platforms and eliminating manual tasks. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Engineering) to scale high-performance processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, with understanding of regulated environments (hiring, payroll)
• Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle and data privacy obligations affecting system design and automation
• Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) and light scripting (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own automation strategy using customer/employee feedback and data to improve HR experience and outcomes
• Align initiatives with strategic objectives, embedding compliance and regulatory requirements into automation design
• Scope and deliver multi-phase initiatives as DRI across process redesign, tooling, and change management
• Map operational processes, architect end-to-end automated workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Integrate systems and orchestrate cross-system flows using low-code tools and light scripting
