Description

As a Senior Automation Engineer at NICE, you will design, develop, and maintain automated tests for the CXone platform. You'll collaborate with the R&D team to ensure quality across all tiers, from test strategy to defect resolution, using agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years QA/Automation experience
• Experience with complex product solutions
• Hands-on with Playwright, Java/JS, or OO language
• Experience with SQL queries and AWS
• Fluent in English and team player

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategy and automation for CXone products
• Review designs to detect quality concerns and propose solutions
• Participate in process improvement and inspection
• Define QA activities and ownership, analyze testing needs
• Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests
