💼 About This Role

You'll support procurement managers in developing and managing contracts for Allegiant Air's airport, training, and corporate locations. Your work ensures goods and services meet operational requirements at the best cost. You'll also maintain the contract management tool and prepare cost analysis reports.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead RFP creation from initiation through award of business
• Build, maintain, and negotiate formal agreements with service providers
• Assist with monthly and yearly cost analysis reports
• Manage and update the contract management system

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of office management, communication, research, and data management experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Pass a Criminal Background Check

✨ Nice to Have

• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with contract management processes and systems
• Previous aviation experience or knowledge of ground handling agreements
