You'll deliver exceptional patient experiences through venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices. You'll remove barriers to care as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless in-office journey. This role combines front desk and lab duties in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on diverse patient populations.
• Provide front desk support including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Maintain lab and office inventory, sterilization, and daily upkeep.
• Assist with EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, and PPD tests.

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Proficiency in computer technology and navigating multiple software systems.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams.

• Experience with remote teams.
