Description
You will create and deliver clinical and sales training content for multiple oncology products, partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop engaging programs, including new hire onboarding, product launches, and global sales meetings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Laboratory Diagnostics Industry (sales, sales management, sales training, or medical affairs)
- Previous field sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales leaders and HR to lead new hire onboarding for the Oncology business unit
- Develop and execute new-hire and continuing education sales training content for 500-person business unit
- Partner with marketing, product, and medical teams to plan and execute global and business unit sales meetings
- Develop and deliver live clinical product and sales skills training (in-person, Zoom, hybrid)
- Spend time in the field with sales professionals to provide feedback and understand training needs
