💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of EHS professionals at Rocket Lab's Albuquerque site to develop and manage a comprehensive environmental, health, and safety program. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving continuous improvement in environmental sustainability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure site compliance with EHS regulations and company policies
• Maintain contingency plans for fire prevention and hazardous spills
• Conduct workplace safety audits and inspections
• Direct training on emergency preparedness and safety topics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, consulting, or regulatory agency
• 5+ years of management experience in EHS
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or ASP/CSP certification
• Project management certification or experience
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene sampling strategies
