You'll lead a team of nurse piercers and sales associates, creating celebratory ear piercing experiences at our Del Amo studio. Your core impact is driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring the highest safety and customer service standards. This role combines nursing expertise with retail leadership in a unique, joyful environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with sterile technique and provide aftercare education.
• Oversee studio operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach, and schedule studio staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3-5 years of retail management experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize store profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing.
