💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Supplier Engineering team supporting the Aquablation Robotic System for treating BPH. You'll ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements while driving component qualifications and supplier development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Supplier Engineering team on part qualification deliverables including pFMEA, process validations, and capability analysis.
• Manage portfolio of Supplier Change Notifications and track metrics for timely completion.
• Partner with Supplier Quality to investigate NCMR trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to address capacity constraints and execute cost reduction projects.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with 8 years experience.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience managing technical teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings (GD&T) and communicate technical information.
• Experience in a structured design process such as ISO9000 or FDA QSR.

• Prior experience in the medical device industry.
• Working knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks or other) software.
